For online orders delivered to your home, standard shipping charges are based on your order's total value. Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout.

At Kellogg Supply Co., Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below.
Special Order items are ordered according to the customer's specifications. In some instances of return or order cancellation, a restocking charge may apply and/or Kellogg Supply Co., Inc. reserves the right to refuse any special order return requests. Special orders include monogrammed items, engraved items, and CRP furniture.
Returns with an original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase
If you choose to return or exchange your product at one of our retail stores, please bring your receipt or invoice with you to ensure a quick and hassle-free return.
Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
A purchase made by debit card will be refunded to the debit card.
Any purchase made by a check that has cleared the 10-day waiting period will be refunded in cash.
Any purchase made by a check that has not cleared the 10-day waiting period will be refunded as a store credit.
Any purchase made by store credit or gift certificate refunded as store credit.

A store credit or credit to a Kellogg Supply Co., Inc. Credit Account may be issued for the original purchase price.
Returns without a receipt
A store credit or credit to a Kellogg Supply Co., Inc. Credit Account may be issued based on the lowest selling price of the returned merchandise and upon management approval.
The same policies regarding returns applies to ecommerce purchases. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and customers are responsible for paying the return freight. Please call 252 261 8121 to make arrangements.
